Budget Automation

When you want to grant budgets at regular intervals or make certain postings in a defined cycle, this can be accomplished easily using Budget Automation. If you only want to credit a user account once, you can also do this with a manual credit posting, see Manual Budgeting.

Budget Automation is when items are posted from a budget account into selectable accounts in a configurable cycle. It is also possible to have one-time postings made at a specified time. When this is done, page counters and/or account balances can be reset as desired.

You can set up as many automatic budgeting transactions as you like, which makes different posting scenarios possible. It would be possible, for example, to post a cumulative budget amount to all user accounts monthly. Furthermore, another automatic budgeting transaction could reset the accounts at the end of the year without a credit posting.
